  4. Pressing Up: Exhale and press the barbell back to the starting position, fully extending your arms. Focus on using the muscles of the upper chest to perform the movement.
  5. Repeat: Perform the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a controlled and smooth pace throughout the exercise.
